Who is Chris Janson?

Chris Janson is an American country music singer and songwriter, born on April 2, 1986, in Perryville, Missouri. He began playing music at a young age and moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 2002 to pursue a career in country music.

Janson first gained attention as a songwriter, co-writing singles for other country artists such as Tim McGraw and Justin Moore. He released his debut single, “Til a Woman Comes Along,” in 2010, but it was not until 2015 that he achieved mainstream success with his hit single “Buy Me a Boat,” which reached number one on the Billboard Country Airplay chart.

Since then, Janson has released several successful albums, including “Everybody” in 2017 and “Real Friends” in 2019. He has also scored several other hit singles, including “Fix a Drink,” “Drunk Girl,” and “Good Vibes.”
